There is a restocking charge of 20% per item if you would like to return an item for refund. Please note, some items cannot be exchanged or returned. See details below.
If you ordered the wrong size FA T-shirt, FA Polo shirt or FA Jacket, please contact us within 5 calendar days from the date you received your item to be eligible for an exchange or refund. The item must be in the same condition that you received it. (not worn or washed) If you choose to return the item listed above for a refund, there will be a 20% restocking charge for that item. Any special-order item or item that was personalized are final sale.

If you purchased Personalize it, please note you will receive your item/s without the name on it so you can make sure a proper fit prior to embroidering.
When you have confirmed the proper fit, please put item/s back in the bag with the receipt and send to the school office with your child. Please email us when you returned the item to school. You will receive your item/s back in 1-2 business days.

All items will be delivered to the appropriate school and then a school staff member will distribute them.
If more than one child is on the receipt, the package will be delivered to the oldest child.
Size chart can be found with the photos of each item.
Youth size jackets are typically for elementary to some middle school children. Some petite children can wear the youth sizes in middle school. Most everyone else in middle school to high school will chose the adult sizes.
If an item is not in stock, it will say backorder. You can place an order for that item, and it will be delivered in the timeframe posted on the main page or in FAQ. If the item is out of stock at the distributor, you will be contacted with options.
